Senior Consultant - Pharmacy Business Manager

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Develop data-driven solutions and programs that improve pharmacy financial and operational performance.
• Manage project plans across multiple client engagements, competing priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead client meetings, strategic discussions, project updates, and presentations for pharmacy and executive leadership.
• Perform advanced data analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, and interpretation of complex datasets.
• Analyze and optimize 340B and WAC purchasing strategies, contract performance, and regulatory considerations.
• Develop dashboards, executive presentations, and reporting tools while identifying savings, revenue, contracting, and value-based agreement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience; a relevant degree is preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy business management, GPO, or healthcare consulting is preferred.
• Expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, and analysis of large datasets.
• Experience presenting complex operational and financial information to pharmacy and executive leadership.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and schedules.
