Location: Hybrid role, must be based in the UK or Europe with ability to travel 10–15%

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving renewals, retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Build multi-level relationships with senior business stakeholders and IT leaders as a strategic advisor.
  • Lead structured engagements including executive business reviews, health checks, and strategic planning.
  • Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive enterprise-wide platform adoption.
  • Monitor customer health and usage metrics to proactively mitigate churn and resolve escalations.
  • Translate customer insights and market trends into structured feedback for Product and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS business.
  • Proven track record of managing $1M+ ARR and 15+ enterprise accounts concurrently.
  • Strong commercial discipline including pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to travel across Europe 10–15% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, CS platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK or Europe.

  • Experience with video platforms, collaboration tools, or AI-driven SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of enterprise procurement cycles and stakeholder landscapes.
  • Passion for AI in digital transformation and organizational learning.
