What you will do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving renewals, retention, and expansion revenue.
- Build multi-level relationships with senior business stakeholders and IT leaders as a strategic advisor.
- Lead structured engagements including executive business reviews, health checks, and strategic planning.
- Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive enterprise-wide platform adoption.
- Monitor customer health and usage metrics to proactively mitigate churn and resolve escalations.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into structured feedback for Product and leadership teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS business.
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ ARR and 15+ enterprise accounts concurrently.
- Strong commercial discipline including pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to travel across Europe 10–15% of the time.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CS platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK or Europe.
