What you will do
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the rental real estate market.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in CRM.
- Prospect via calling and emailing, tailoring outreach to different personas.
- Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts.
- Follow up quickly and efficiently on inbound leads.
- Educate prospective customers on ’s value and support ad-hoc sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Consistent track record of quota attainment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prospect effectively by phone, email, and social media.
- Ability to build relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; ible and adaptive.
