What you will do

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the rental real estate market.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Prospect via calling and emailing, tailoring outreach to different personas.
  • Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts.
  • Follow up quickly and efficiently on inbound leads.
  • Educate prospective customers on hirify.global’s value and support ad-hoc sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prospect effectively by phone, email, and social media.
  • Ability to build relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; hirify.globalible and adaptive.
