Salary: $70,000–$90,000 OTE/year

What you will do

  • Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) and follow up on marketing/inbound inquiries
  • Maintain a consistent daily outreach cadence to build and manage a pipeline of family law professionals
  • Deliver clear messaging on how OurFamilyWizard benefits family law practices and their clients
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Enter, update, and maintain daily prospect and activity information in the CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting goals while partnering with Sales and Marketing to optimize outreach

Requirements

  • 1+ years in sales development, business development, outbound prospecting (cold calling/emailing), or sales/marketing support
  • Comfort working with rejection and meeting activity/performance goals
  • Resilient, persuasive, and able to handle complex challenges with strong critical thinking and decision-making
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience selling to or working with legal professionals is a plus
