Location: Hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in New York or 2 days per week in San Francisco. Relocation assistance available for candidates outside of NY/NJ/SF areas.

Salary: $235,000–$264,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive high-quality lead generation.
• Partner with analytics to establish attribution and incrementality testing frameworks.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and target setting based on unit economics.
• Scale performance marketing channels including digital, podcast, and TV.
• Optimize creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to execute referral programs and improve conversion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling D2C businesses, ideally in fintech.
• Deep analytical mindset with expertise in managing budgets and forecasting.
• Strong experience with digital marketing channels and A/B testing.
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing team while remaining hands-on.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the United States.
