Salary: $137,750 - $168,000 per year (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing channel to drive sustainable growth against key targets.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to scale and diversify the portfolio.
• Execute partner account plans to optimize customer acquisition and increase share of voice.
• Leverage data insights to optimize segmentation, deal structures, and pricing.
• Develop and deliver data-driven channel insights to shape overall channel strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial services or platform technology marketing.
• Proven track record of progressive ownership over performance outcomes and channel growth.
• Expertise in at least one partner management platform such as Impact or Everflow.
• Deep understanding of the US housing finance market and its seasonal trends.
• Must reside in one of the designated US states of operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business judgment.
