TL;DR

Head of Growth (Fintech): Developing and executing a multi-channel demand generation strategy to scale pipeline and hit ambitious growth targets with an accent on paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and ABM. Focus on building a predictable, high-velocity demand engine, optimizing funnel conversion, and making data-driven budget decisions.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York City or Toronto (Hybrid)

Salary: $200,000 – $215,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation plan with clear MQL and pipeline targets.
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Build and optimize email nurture sequences and lead scoring rules in HubSpot.
  • Run structured experiments on messaging, audiences, and landing pages to prove channel effectiveness.
  • Own the weekly demand dashboard and report on pipeline metrics and ROI to leadership.
  • Coordinate with BDR teams to align outbound campaigns and improve lead follow-up workflows.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally at a growth-stage company.
  • Hands-on experience where pipeline is the primary success metric.
  • Deep proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build dashboards and interpret funnel data.
  • Experience coordinating with BDR/SDR teams to integrate inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex pipeline logic to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FP&A, fintech, or adjacent B2B software categories.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools like Clay, 6sense, or Demandbase.
  • Experience with AEO/GEO strategies for AI-driven search.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools like PostHog or Google Analytics 4.
