Salary: $128,000 – $196,000 USD (range varies by location)

What you will do

  • Lead enablement strategy for Early Access and General Availability product launches.
  • Translate complex product features into actionable partner sales plays and objection-handling guides.
  • Design high-impact training content to drive partner accreditation and specialization.
  • Collaborate with channel managers to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted upskill programs.
  • Establish and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and learner engagement.
  • Train regional enablement managers to implement global programs locally.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of product enablement experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IAM.
  • Minimum 2+ years of channel enablement experience working with GSIs, SIs, Resellers, CSPs, and MSPs.
  • Proven track record of managing partner readiness for product launches.
  • Strong grasp of identity security fundamentals and solutions.
  • Experience facilitating and presenting to internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to translate technical roadmaps into field-ready sales plays.
