What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with partner leaders and security architects.
• Provide guidance throughout the pre-sales process, including discovery, solution scoping, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Team to develop and deliver technical training materials.
• Advise partners on solution architecture, integration best practices, and advanced use cases.
• Serve as the technical voice of the partner, providing feedback to Product Management.
• Support partners at key industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of modern technical infrastructure including SaaS, web services, and databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to articulate business outcomes and align technical solutions with customer needs.
• Experience with IGA solutions is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.
