Salary: $172,000 – $215,000

What you will do
- Design, deliver, and govern technical enablement and certification programs for assigned channel partners.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for partner-generated pre-sales inquiries across the platform portfolio.
- Provide architectural design guidance on cloud infrastructure, CRM integrations, and hybrid deployment best practices.
- Manage the configuration and version currency of partner-accessible sandbox and demo environments.
- Apply MEDDPICC criteria to partner-sourced pipeline to ensure highly qualified engagements.
- Coach partner sales engineers on value proposition framing and discovery methodologies.
Requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- 2 to 4 years of technical pre-sales or systems engineering experience.
- 1 to 2 years of explicit experience in partner-facing enablement or channel management.
- Strong working knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS architectures, including omnichannel routing and AI-driven CX.
- Solid grasp of enterprise network architecture and premise-to-cloud connectivity bridging.
- Proficiency with MEDDPICC qualification criteria.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with platforms (Infinity, Nexus) or comparable CCaaS/UCaaS platforms.
- Experience working directly for a Channel Partner or within a Supplier Channel Partner SC organization.
- Familiarity with discovery frameworks like Selling Through Curiosity (STC) and NEPQ.
- Expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail vertical markets.
