TL;DR

Channel Partnerships Manager (VC, Accelerator & Community): Owning and scaling strategic relationships across the venture capital and private equity ecosystem with an accent on programmatic partnership motions and go-to-market alignment. Focus on building high-leverage ecosystem programs that drive founder reach, pipeline influence, and long-term business growth.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada. Hybrid expectations apply for employees based in Denver, San Francisco, New York, or Scottsdale (2-3 days/week in office).

Salary: $185,000–$235,000 USD (US locations) or $170,000–$190,000 CAD (Toronto).

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end VC and PE partnership strategy to scale hirify.global's reach within the investor ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain repeatable, programmatic partnership motions such as portfolio programs and founder education.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-impact ecosystem partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to design scalable engagement programs.
  • Track and evaluate ecosystem impact using metrics like ARR, pipeline influence, and founder reach.
  • Represent the company externally as a credible voice in the VC and PE community.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, or venture/growth programs.
  • Deep familiarity with the VC and PE ecosystem, including investors, founders, and operators.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives independently.
  • Strong judgment in prioritizing partnership investments and influencing without direct authority.
  • Experience working at or closely with a VC/PE firm, high-growth company, or ecosystem platform.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
