What you will do
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies to generate pipeline and secure new enterprise logos.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined sales execution and forecasting.
- Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers in engineering, product, and security teams.
- Collaborate effectively with the Okta ecosystem, including partners, SIs, and AWS, to identify and close opportunities.
- Conduct high-level technical discovery to connect Auth0 solutions to business and transformation outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle using the MEDDPICC framework to ensure accuracy and predictability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
- Fluent Japanese proficiency is required.
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of product development lifecycles, DevOps, and engineering terminology.
- Proven track record of pitching and closing deals with technical decision-makers (Product, Engineering, Architecture).
- Expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Ability to travel as necessary to cultivate customer and prospect relationships.
