What you will do
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities to drive revenue growth across Japan.
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development to deal closure.
- Execute short- and long-term sales strategies within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client issue resolution and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience within financial markets.
- Fluency in English and Japanese required.
- Proven track record as a new business hunter.
- Ability to build and manage strategic relationships at senior levels.
Nice to have
- Experience selling financial technology, market data, or SaaS solutions.
- Established network within the Japanese financial services industry.
- Familiarity with capital markets, trading platforms, or regulatory technology.
