What you will do
- Own pipeline development and end-to-end deal execution for the IIDI segment, working with partners to close business.
- Target enterprise, government, and public-sector accounts to uncover unmet needs and build qualified opportunities.
- Identify and convert replacement opportunities, driving competitive displacement and expansion into new use cases.
- Collaborate with value-added resellers (VARs) and system integrators to scale coverage and increase execution speed.
- Partner with internal teams (product, technical support, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, pipeline hygiene, and sales forecasts in the CRM platform.
Requirements
- Japanese: native-level fluency (written and spoken) required.
- Business-level English proficiency for internal alignment and global collaboration.
- 5 to 10+ years of relevant B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota as an individual contributor.
- Proven solution selling experience for integrated B2B technology offerings (hardware/software/complex systems).
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with channel partners (VARs, system integrators, technology partners).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle).
