What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of key public sector accounts and execute comprehensive account plans.
• Lead enterprise prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial consideration to successful deployment.
• Partner with research and solution engineering to build and execute complex customer programs.
• Own and forecast consumption revenue targets and analyze account metrics for stakeholder reporting.
• Monitor the industry landscape to contribute to the product roadmap and corporate strategies.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and cultural development of the local team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience selling Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
• Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $1M for at least 3 years.
• Experience designing complex deal strategies and engaging directly with C-level executives.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English is essential for customer engagement and HQ communication.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Tokyo, Japan.
