What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, professional services, and channel partners to extend reach.
  • Present solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer success and develop long-term strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales account management experience at a technology vendor.
  • Proven track record of success selling to small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
  • Extensive network of partnerships with customers and executives in the Japan market.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • BS/BA degree required.

Nice to have

  • SaaS industry experience.
  • English proficiency.
