What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to drive new customer acquisition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for small to mid-sized businesses.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, professional services, and channel partners to extend reach.
- Present solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Ensure customer success and develop long-term strategic relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales account management experience at a technology vendor.
- Proven track record of success selling to small to medium-sized businesses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
- Extensive network of partnerships with customers and executives in the Japan market.
- Experience working with channel partners.
- BS/BA degree required.
Nice to have
- SaaS industry experience.
- English proficiency.
