What you will do
- Manage approximately a dozen key accounts in the Financial Services Industry (FSI), executing comprehensive account plans.
- Lead enterprise prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial consideration to successful deployment.
- Own and forecast consumption revenue targets and analyze key metrics for stakeholder reporting.
- Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs.
- Monitor the industry landscape and competitor activity to contribute to the product roadmap and corporate strategies.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and cultural development of the GTM team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience selling PaaS and/or SaaS specifically within the Financial Services Industry.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
- Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $1M for more than 3 years.
- Experience designing complex deal strategies and working directly with C-level executives.
- Ability to distill complex market intelligence and communicate technical AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Tokyo, Japan.
