What you will do

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards and ensure legal compliance.
• Increase Non-Cash Refund hit rates through proactive on-site engagement and problem-solving.
• Manage a portfolio of department stores to achieve sales targets and fulfill contractual obligations.
• Develop simplified training materials and provide continuous hands-on staff training to merchants.
• Analyze business statistics to translate data insights into concrete operational improvement plans.
• Utilize CRM tools to plan, record, and report account-specific activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account or Sales Management.
• Written and conversational Business Japanese is required.
• Strong results orientation with a passion for reaching sales targets.
• Experience in retail, financial services, or the tourist/hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to propose, plan, and execute marketing and sales events.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
