What you will do
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards and ensure legal compliance.
- Increase Non-Cash Refund hit rates through proactive on-site engagement and problem-solving.
- Manage a portfolio of department stores to achieve sales targets and fulfill contractual obligations.
- Develop simplified training materials and provide continuous hands-on staff training to merchants.
- Analyze business statistics to translate data insights into concrete operational improvement plans.
- Utilize CRM tools to plan, record, and report account-specific activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account or Sales Management.
- Written and conversational Business Japanese is required.
- Strong results orientation with a passion for reaching sales targets.
- Experience in retail, financial services, or the tourist/hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to propose, plan, and execute marketing and sales events.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Nice to have
- Written and conversational English proficiency.
- An established network within the retail industry.
- Experience coordinating technology projects with partners and stakeholders.
