TL;DR

Key Account Manager (IT Infrastructure): Identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships with high-potential accounts to achieve sustainable revenue growth with an accent on partner enablement and project pipeline development. Focus on driving sales activities, managing SFDC data, and organizing solution seminars to increase market traction.

Location: Hybrid (Osaka, Japan) - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

What you will do

  • Create and execute annual business plans for 5-10 strategic accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop medium- to long-term growth strategies and establish KPIs for partner accounts.
  • Manage project pipelines and provide accurate forecasting and tracking using SFDC.
  • Drive partner enablement to strengthen their ability to sell total network video solutions.
  • Organize solution seminars and workshops for end-users to generate new project pipelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the sales cycle and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA is a plus).
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT industry sales.
  • Native level Japanese and Business level English (TOEIC 600+).
  • Proven track record of managing sales channels and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Osaka, Japan.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SIer or Reseller sales and deep knowledge of market segments.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP, business applications, and IT infrastructure-related technologies.
