Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify prospective client opportunities by understanding business needs and budget targets.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver high-impact software demonstrations and pitches.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level management and executives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and positioning.
  • Lead the end-to-end RFI/RFP process for prospective enterprise accounts.
  • Negotiate win-win solutions by aligning organizational priorities with customer goals.

Requirements

  • Japanese: Business or Native level proficiency is mandatory.
  • English: Business level proficiency is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong knowledge of Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing supply chain domains.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to lead professional software demonstrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is highly appreciated.
