What you will do
- Identify and qualify prospective client opportunities by understanding business needs and budget targets.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver high-impact software demonstrations and pitches.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level management and executives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Lead the end-to-end RFI/RFP process for prospective enterprise accounts.
- Negotiate win-win solutions by aligning organizational priorities with customer goals.
Requirements
- Japanese: Business or Native level proficiency is mandatory.
- English: Business level proficiency is mandatory.
- 5+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong knowledge of Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing supply chain domains.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to lead professional software demonstrations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is highly appreciated.
