What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with a dedicated book of business to understand their goals and ecosystems.
- Lead the land-adopt-expand-renewal motion through strong cross-group collaboration.
- Manage tailored onboarding journeys to enable new customers to scale quickly.
- Drive product adoption and active usage by delivering business critical enterprise integrations.
- Identify growth potential and work with account executives to create a pipeline of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a customer advocate, coordinating with support, finance, legal, and backend teams to resolve inquiries.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success with a strong focus on retention.
- Proven experience managing complex client relationships at senior levels.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
- Must be located in Tokyo.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with strong tactical execution skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the Software/SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in Korean.
