TL;DR
Pre-sales Manager (AI/Data): Leading and mentoring a team of solution architects to design and implement data and AI solutions for digital native companies with an accent on technical win strategies and C-level relationship management. Focus on driving adoption of the Databricks platform, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden, within a reasonable commuting distance

What you will do
- Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing team of solution architects to deliver impactful customer outcomes.
- Guide customers through competitive landscapes, best practices, and implementation strategies for Data and AI solutions.
- Partner closely with sales teams to develop account strategies and lead technical win strategies for strategic customers.
- Engage with end-user and developer communities to understand needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Develop technical champions within customer organizations to increase adoption of APIs and platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, managing C-level relationships with complex global organizations.
- 2+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales teams with a proven ability to hire and develop talent.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of digital native business models and their specific technology requirements.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
