What you will do
- Own team revenue performance and quota attainment through consistent execution.
- Coach and develop team members across the customer lifecycle with actionable feedback.
- Lead pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting to improve decision-making.
- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted actions to boost win rates.
- Establish high standards for GTM execution and methodology adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to refine strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS within sales or customer-facing GTM functions.
- Proven track record in pipeline management, forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong ability to coach, develop, and elevate team performance.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into measurable actions.
- Experience leveraging AI and modern GTM technologies for productivity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
