TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global). Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do
- Develop and execute prospecting and sales strategies specifically for the LATAM region.
- Identify and target ideal enterprise customers and high-value accounts.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiation processes in collaboration with leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally to scale sales processes and raise the bar for sales expertise across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience closing and carrying quotas for enterprise software solutions.
- Proven success selling into large companies within the LATAM market.
- Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships within the SaaS market.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Requirement to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Nice to have
- Strong interest or expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or CRM technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
