TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by selling Sales Performance Management solutions to large enterprises in the LATAM region with an accent on C-level relationship management and strategic account planning. Focus on executing complex sales campaigns, managing contract negotiations, and scaling the enterprise sales process.

Location: Remote (Global). Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute prospecting and sales strategies specifically for the LATAM region.
  • Identify and target ideal enterprise customers and high-value accounts.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiation processes in collaboration with leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally to scale sales processes and raise the bar for sales expertise across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience closing and carrying quotas for enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven success selling into large companies within the LATAM market.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships within the SaaS market.
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Requirement to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Nice to have

  • Strong interest or expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or CRM technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
