TL;DR

Sr. Account Executive (Sales): Driving net new revenue for hirify.global's emerging hirify.global for Business unit by managing a targeted book of business and advising prospects on their needs within the culture and live entertainment space with an accent on consultative selling and cross-functional alignment. Focus on New Logo growth, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining CRM hygiene.

Location: Hybrid (one day per week work from home). Must be based in the US.

Salary: Starting at 150,000 USD (OTE) + uncapped commissions.

What you will do

  • Own the relationship with hirify.global’s Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in your territory.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive New Logo growth and a land & expand motion for top tier customers.
  • Build lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Partners, Operations) to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standards.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE or similar a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving Sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; confident with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English. Additional languages are a strong plus.
