Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by selling Sales Performance Management (SPM) software to enterprise clients with an accent on strategic C-level relationship building and LATAM market expansion. Location: Remote (Global). Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute prospecting and overall sales strategies for the assigned region.
  • Identify and target ideal enterprise customers within the territory.
  • Lead full-cycle sales campaigns, ensuring all customer requirements are understood and met.
  • Manage complex pricing and contract negotiations in coordination with leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale sales processes and elevate company standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven success selling into large companies in the LATAM region.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships within the SaaS market.
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to adjust working hours to align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
