What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads originating from social media, Google, and YouTube.
- Convert prospects into paying monthly subscription clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all outreach, pipeline status, and follow-up activities.
- Overcome objections and close deals to meet established monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on conversion strategies and lead distribution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or SDR roles.
- Experience in SaaS or marketing services sales.
- Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High accountability and a results-driven mindset.
