Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC

Salary: $80,000 - 90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Strategically build, manage, and close deals within the sales pipeline to achieve new business quotas.
  • Plan and execute account penetration strategies to expand market reach.
  • Conduct high-level demos and pitches tailored for C-level executives.
  • Actively attend industry events to generate leads and build strategic partnerships.
  • Complete a 4-week in-depth training program and obtain the hirify.global Seller Certification.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software or information services sales.
  • Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding quotas as a top 20% performer.
  • Strong consultative approach to solutions selling and executive communication.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Washington, DC (Hybrid).
  • Experience pairing professional services with software solutions.

  • Experience using Salesforce.
