TL;DR

Client Services Project Manager, CX (CCaaS/Telecoms): Drive end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects from initiation to closure with an accent on scope, budget, timelines, and alignment to the Statement of Work (SOW). Focus on building detailed implementation plans, managing multiple concurrent projects, and solving complex delivery risks while reporting project financials and coordinating internal/external stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, following Agile and Waterfall best practices.
  • Build and maintain project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables, with understanding of CCaaS and Telecoms concepts.
  • Develop detailed plans aligned to the SOW and lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Track action items, enforce accountability across stakeholders, and identify/mitigate risks early.
  • Report project financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition, and run post-project evaluations.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Location: USA (Remote)
  • University/Bachelor’s degree and PMP Certification.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience delivering Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations in a Telecoms environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and serving as the primary client contact.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and work comfortably with technical teams.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
