Principal Technical Project Manager (NICE CXone)

Location: Remote in the United States, based in Austin, TX, with client-site travel of up to 30%

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program

What you will do

• Manage delivery relationships for enterprise programs and projects in a client-facing environment.
• Lead large implementations and small programs with teams of 3–50 employees, contractors, client resources, and vendors.
• Establish program governance, communication plans, reporting, documentation, escalation processes, and status tracking.
• Manage project plans, schedules, resource utilization, revenue projections, financial dashboards, invoices, risks, assumptions, and constraints.
• Align client stakeholders, support change management, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Coach project teams and contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project or program management experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience delivering transformation projects and leading enterprise client engagements valued at $500,000–$10,000,000 in consulting services.
• Experience managing programs with multiple projects, workstreams, and teams of 3–50 people.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid implementation methodologies.
• Experience with end-to-end architecture, planning, documentation, and implementation using cloud telephony platforms; NICE CXone is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of NICE CXone.
• Experience with Genesys PureCloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Avaya, or inContact.
• PMP or another project management certification.
