Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage delivery relationships and provide technical expertise to senior-level managers and executives.
• Lead implementation of large enterprise projects (3-50 people), including staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Drive program management functions: communication plans, tracking, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Develop financial reporting dashboards and monitor project invoices for accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints.
• Coach project team members to optimize efficiency and improve project management methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience within a consulting environment.
• Experience leading large enterprise projects ($500k - $10M in consulting services).
• Proven track record delivering transformation projects and implementing end-to-end architecture.
• Proficiency in multiple methodologies: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• PMP or other Project Management Certification strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the NICE CXone solution.
• Experience with Genesys Pure Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Avaya.
