What you will do

• Lead the delivery of multiple software implementation projects across a diverse public sector customer base.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to ITT responses and advising on commercial viability.
• Coordinate implementation consultants and product specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Manage project governance, budgets, and billing activities, including milestone tracking and revenue assurance.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the delivery lifecycle to manage expectations and outcomes.
• Report project progress, performance, and risks to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex software projects specifically within the UK Public Sector.
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Prince 2 qualification or extensive experience working with the methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Project and experience managing budgets, revenue, and project margins.
• Ability to lead internal project teams, clients, and third-party suppliers effectively.

Nice to have

• Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile principles.
• Experience with NEC (Northgate) products or similar housing software.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
