What you will do

• Lead technology projects from initiation to completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and financial forecasts.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, acting as a Scrum Master.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams across Network, Operations, Cybersecurity, and Service Delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate risks, and resolve project roadblocks.
• Contribute to the PMO by documenting lessons learned and driving process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven expertise in managing projects via Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean principles.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong experience in coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing budgets.

Nice to have

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
• Experience supporting cloud or infrastructure-related projects.
• Experience with Agile transformation or PMO process improvement.
