Senior Project Manager

TL;DR

Senior Project Manager: Leading and delivering development projects and digital campaign workstreams with an accent on end-to-end delivery, client communication, and cross-discipline coordination across strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. Focus on building and communicating timelines, managing budgets and SOWs, and proactively handling change, risks, and scope creep to ensure on-time, on-budget launches.

Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects with creative, strategy, and tech teams to produce digital products.
• Own delivery across a series of workstreams while staying current on daily project activities.
• Serve as the client-facing project manager, building relationships and communicating project status internally and externally.
• Assess change and manage risk and scope creep, proactively identifying solutions to prevent delivery issues.
• Build and communicate project timelines to meet expected launch dates for all projects.
• Work in project tools such as Asana, Jira, and Coda to manage delivery and execution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely within Canada.
• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through technical development and implementation.
• Experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs.
• Background in agile methodologies and delivering projects end to end autonomously.
• Experience monitoring project risks and scope creep and proactively addressing issues.
• Experience working at an agency and managing creative projects.
