TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Generating new business opportunities by targeting strategic accounts and building a robust sales pipeline with an accent on prospecting, cold outreach, and persona-based engagement. Focus on achieving activity goals, collaborating with Account Executives, and preparing for future sales leadership roles.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sandy, UT. The role follows a hirify.global-FLEX hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Generate new sales opportunities by prospecting strategic accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Select and target key personas within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using sales engagement software.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts and outreach strategies.
  • Execute high-volume prospecting activities including calls and emails to initiate conversations.
  • Set and achieve weekly and monthly performance goals in coordination with management.
  • Participate in a structured 2-month onboarding and continuous sales training programs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Sandy, UT.
  • Strong self-discipline and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable with high-volume prospecting and handling objections with senior executives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
