What you will do
- Prospect into target accounts using outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify interest and buying readiness.
- Book high-quality meetings for the sales team to convert into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate data and activity logs within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Participate in call coaching and skill-building sessions to improve performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 1+ year of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR or high-volume prospecting role.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with multi-channel outreach.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Ability to manage structured daily activity with urgency and organization.
- Growth mindset with a track record of hitting meeting and lead conversion goals.
