Location: Remote within the United States (CA, CO, MA, NY, NJ, OR, PA, TX, UT, WA), UK, and Singapore
Salary: $50,000–$70,000/year base

What you will do
- Research & Engage: Identify and research accounts fitting the Ideal Customer Profile and engage prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with AEs: Develop account strategies and outreach plans with assigned Account Executives.
- Execute Personalized Outreach: Build and deliver tailored outbound sequences to resonate with prospects.
- Book & Qualify Meetings: Schedule qualified meetings, confirm attendance, and re-engage no-shows.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Work with sales and marketing teams to optimize prospecting efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve processes.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales or business development roles; new graduates encouraged.
- Prospecting Skills: Experience with lead list building and tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Apollo, or Clearbit.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, confident on calls and persuasive in emails.
- Drive & Resilience: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle rejection positively.
- Self-Starter: Proactive ownership of work without waiting for direction.
- Coachability & Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and improve continuously.
