What you will do
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies and multi-channel communication plans.
- Manage technical campaign setups and user journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Refine retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Define, track, and analyze success metrics for all marketing activities.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting, including ad-hoc deep dives into campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and maintain high motivation.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and AMPScript.
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
