What you will do
- Define and execute the CRM strategy to drive retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Plan and execute live events and personalized campaigns using LiveOps techniques.
- Own the end-to-end CRM funnel, including push notifications, in-app messages, and email.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to integrate campaigns into the app's ecosystem.
- Utilize tools like Braze, Leanplum, or Iterable to automate and optimize campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior and churn patterns to develop actionable insights and improve KPIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience in the mobile app or gaming industry.
- At least 2 years of focused experience in LiveOps.
- Mastery of mobile CRM tools such as Braze, Leanplum, or Iterable.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, cohort analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is a strong plus).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Barcelona or Paris.
Nice to have
- Background in designing gamified rewards systems or loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with mobile app monetization strategies and free-to-play (F2P) models.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams across product, design, and analytics.
