What you will do

• Direct national and international projects for clients across a wide range of sectors.
• Lead cross-functional teams of specialists in Analytics, Design, Paid Media, Technology, Research, and Data Science.
• Transform the marketing approach of major brands toward a culture driven by business impact.
• Analyze multiple data sources and platforms to identify business challenges and growth levers.
• Design and execute actions to improve full-funnel results, from traffic acquisition to conversion.
• Optimize customer lifetime value through strategies for onboarding, retention, and cross-selling.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Prior experience in consulting is mandatory.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing full-funnel strategies.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain, to support the hybrid office model (4 days/week).
