• Manage operational project processes, including planning costs, budgets, and team coordination.
• Drive business growth by supporting the acquisition of new projects and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Stay updated on digital market trends to proactively propose new ideas and innovations to clients.

Requirements

• Professional experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
• Fluent German and English (C1-C2 level) are mandatory for this role.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Office/Excel.
• Ability to act as a generalist who bridges the gap between diverse stakeholders and productive teams.
• Experience managing consulting projects in CRM, digital strategy, social media, or SEO/SEA.
