TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Build, grow, and energize brand communities across various digital platforms and international markets.
  • Monitor conversations in real-time, responding to user comments and messages while maintaining brand voice.
  • Write and adapt copy for different platforms to ensure consistent and effective communication.
  • Identify and manage potential crisis situations within community conversations swiftly.
  • Analyze trends, insights, and community needs to inform content and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, data, and customer care teams to ensure a unified strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Community Manager.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch and high level of English.
  • Deep knowledge of major social media networks and their unique interaction dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic and professional style.
  • Ability to interpret engagement metrics and extract relevant insights.
  • Must be based in Madrid or able to commute to the office 4 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience managing social media accounts within the automotive sector.
  • Experience in social care management through CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
