What you will do
- Build, grow, and energize brand communities across various digital platforms and international markets.
- Monitor conversations in real-time, responding to user comments and messages while maintaining brand voice.
- Write and adapt copy for different platforms to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Identify and manage potential crisis situations within community conversations swiftly.
- Analyze trends, insights, and community needs to inform content and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, data, and customer care teams to ensure a unified strategy.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Community Manager.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch and high level of English.
- Deep knowledge of major social media networks and their unique interaction dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic and professional style.
- Ability to interpret engagement metrics and extract relevant insights.
- Must be based in Madrid or able to commute to the office 4 days a week.
Nice to have
- Prior experience managing social media accounts within the automotive sector.
- Experience in social care management through CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
