What you will do
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business development plans to meet annual revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect leading global companies to create high-impact partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 executives, founders, and marketing leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, solutioning, and closing.
- Collaborate with the growth team to implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience in tech or events industries.
- Proven track record of consistent achievement against sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience managing complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Strong interest in technology and a growth-oriented mindset.
