What you will do
- Manage a high volume of incoming leads through Salesforce.
- Communicate the value of solutions to prospects via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase revenue across the EMEA region.
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- Continuously refine sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.
Requirements
- Business fluent in English and Polish.
- Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Proven experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills with a results-driven, can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of BANT sales methodology.
