What you will do
- Own and execute expansion strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.
- Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews.
- Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers realize value.
- Take full ownership of revenue targets and consistently exceed quota.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting and performance tracking.
