What you will do
- Build, own, and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive mutual growth and product adoption.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across existing and new accounts using data, market insights, and performance analysis.
- Act as the commercial owner for partner initiatives, aligning timelines, KPIs, and ownership across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Delivery.
- Shape value propositions, pitch ’s multi-product solutions, and support deal execution to unlock new business opportunities.
- Maintain executive-level partner relationships and continuously optimize partner outcomes through data-driven monitoring.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ensure initiatives are delivered on time with a consistently high merchant experience.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships in technology, fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements with strategic enterprise-level merchants.
- Experience managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive long-term success and product adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to drive mutual revenue growth and measurable KPIs within existing partnerships.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and aligned timelines.
Nice to have
- Experience selling multi-product or platform-based solutions.
- Background in payments, fintech, or digital commerce solutions.
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategies or product launches with partners.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and operational onboarding processes.
- Experience using AI tools for sales, including LLM-based solutions and tools like Cursor.
- Existing network within enterprise or strategic merchant segments.
