What you will do

  • Build, own, and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive mutual growth and product adoption.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across existing and new accounts using data, market insights, and performance analysis.
  • Act as the commercial owner for partner initiatives, aligning timelines, KPIs, and ownership across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Delivery.
  • Shape value propositions, pitch hirify.global’s multi-product solutions, and support deal execution to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Maintain executive-level partner relationships and continuously optimize partner outcomes through data-driven monitoring.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ensure initiatives are delivered on time with a consistently high merchant experience.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships in technology, fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements with strategic enterprise-level merchants.
  • Experience managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive long-term success and product adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive mutual revenue growth and measurable KPIs within existing partnerships.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and aligned timelines.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling multi-product or platform-based solutions.
  • Background in payments, fintech, or digital commerce solutions.
  • Experience shaping go-to-market strategies or product launches with partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and operational onboarding processes.
  • Experience using AI tools for sales, including LLM-based solutions and tools like Cursor.
  • Existing network within enterprise or strategic merchant segments.
