Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define and own the overall event marketing strategy aligned with enterprise sales and growth objectives.
  • Manage the annual strategic events calendar, including executive roundtables, hackathons, and flagship summits.
  • Oversee end-to-end event operations, from budgeting and P&L accountability to vendor negotiation and execution.
  • Partner with sales leadership to design events that support pipeline generation for Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Develop executive-level programming such as speaker sessions and fireside chats for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance metrics and ROI to continuously optimize the events program.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of producing high-touch client events for C-level executives.
  • Experience managing significant event budgets with full P&L accountability.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in-office).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience scaling an events function within a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Established network of premium venues and production partners.
