Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate logistics for executive dinners, conferences, meetups, and community activations.
• Manage event timelines, venue sourcing, catering, and vendor relations.
• Oversee event registration platforms, attendee communications, and guest lists.
• Manage merchandise ordering, inventory, and event shipping logistics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to support pipeline and community growth.
• Support on-site execution, including setup, registration, and breakdown.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or community roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work evenings or occasional weekends during events.
• Physical ability to lift and move event materials (up to 10 lbs).
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with trade shows or VIP executive events.
• Familiarity with developer communities and B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts.
