Location: Must be based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Spearhead initiatives to increase adoption of P&C reporting tools and upskill staff into data champions.
• Act as a consultant to regional P&C heads and business leaders to surface analytical trends.
• Develop and maintain the Insights roadmap, prioritizing automation and self-service dashboards.
• Implement an intake framework to align data requests with specific business problems and OKRs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to analysts to foster high-quality system standards.
• Collaborate with Corporate Data and FP&A teams to bridge the gap between Workday and Looker dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Workday ecosystem.
• Expert-level proficiency in creating complex Calculated Fields and Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and nBox reporting.
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes reporting such as Board of Directors decks or ESG reports.
• Deep understanding of HR lifecycles including recruitment, turnover, compensation, and diversity metrics.
• Fluency in English is required as a working language.
• Experience working in agile/pod-based environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Background as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Experience with People Analytics tools like Prism, Looker, or Tableau.
• Workday Pro Certification (Reporting).
