Salary: $18 - $22 CAD per hour (Ontario band)

What you will do
- Provide administrative support for the employee lifecycle, including interview scheduling and managing talent workflows in Greenhouse.
- Manage People Operations, Technology, and Global Mobility mailboxes to respond to employee queries and route requests.
- Prepare standard employment documents, such as verification letters, and maintain organized digital files.
- Perform regular data entry and routine audits within the UKG HRIS to ensure employee information remains accurate.
- Support the tracking of company policy updates and administrative tasks for work authorizations.
- Update the People Technology stack and assist in building automated forms and workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, with a strong preference for Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting guides and meeting notes.
- High degree of personal integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy for compliance-heavy tasks, data audits, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, VLOOKUPs).
- An interest in learning system integrations and automating workflows.
