What you will do
- Implement channel sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Manage and grow relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
- Develop joint business plans identifying performance objectives, financial targets, and KPIs.
- Train and develop partner sales staff using leadership and sales acumen.
- Coordinate internal corporate resources, including technical and support teams, to meet partner needs.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows and maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in North America near a major US city.
- Minimum of two years of channel sales experience.
- Experience in the broadcast, AV, or entertainment markets is preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to travel domestically for partner meetings and trade shows.
